Pray for a Happy Death, Not Just a Happy Life

 1.While many pray for joy and success in life, it is equally important to seek the blessing of a peaceful and dignified end.

2.Few are fortunate to pass away suddenly and peacefully, perhaps while doing something they love, without prolonged suffering. I have seen people suffer a lot before their death , happy death is the rare gift.

3.While wishing for a happy life, remember to also pray for a peaceful and painless transition, as this too is a blessing.

I think Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam the greatest human being had a happy death in the sense that he passed away doing what he loved most—teaching and inspiring young minds. He collapsed while delivering a lecture to students at the Indian Institute of Management in Shillong  to inspire millions. This peaceful and meaningful transition aligns with the idea of a “happy death” as a culmination of a life well-lived.
